Jill Isaac is the Director and Owner of JI-TO Consulting and is specialized in cultural management. Her effective leadership is accomplished through intercultural communication trainings, programs, and seminars. Her career in television production has taken her work internationally in both Asia and North America; Singapore, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Canada and the United States.

She worked as a Senior Producer, Consulting Producer, and Creatives Producer for various media stations, which includes; the Television Corporation of Singapore (TCS) which became MediaCorp, NTV 7 and Astro in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in Toronto. Bringing her global experience to the U.S., Isaac was appointed as the Producer and Presenter of the Small Business Academy; the first tested HDTV show for PBS aired in Tampa Bay, FL. The program showcased entrepreneurs and global leaders as they advised and shared their experiences in promoting entrepreneurship.

Her 14 years of media broadcasting experience led her career into academia. The courses taught within media and communication are all at the undergraduate level. Isaac has taught at the University of Tampa, Miami International University of Art & Design, and Palm Beach Atlantic University as a full-time Assistant Professor. She is also a visiting academia lecturer and a panelist speaker in Asia and the U.S. Isaac continues to be a visiting academia lecturer and panelist speaker  with colleges and universities and has worked and traveled to over 35 countries.

Isaac has won various awards and recognitions for her media and educational work, which includes the International Television Awards, the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s “Business Woman of the Year” 2006 International Finalist, and was recognized as a Teaching Scholar. Isaac serves on many boards and is a Child Ambassador for World Vision. Isaac’s  international work has inspired her to lead entrepreneurs and corporate suite leadership in cultural management.
